We are excited to introduce ourselves as the new Mountain Plains Prevention Technology Transfer Center team, proudly serving Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. Our mission is to provide high-quality training and technical assistance to the substance misuse prevention workforce across Region 8 and the broader PTTC network. We will focus on critical issues in prevention, as well as the unique needs of remote and Tribal populations.<\/p>\n

Our team specializes in various prevention subject areas, including data collection, needs assessments, process and outcome evaluations, data visualization, and the application of prevention research to enhance the quality of interventions, training, and other prevention services. We aim to be a valuable resource both regionally and nationally, improving the tools and training available to the prevention workforce while advancing the field’s understanding of prevention data and science.<\/p>\n
