    Stephen Bieber

    Dr. Bieber has worked for over 35 years in the Departments of Statistics and Psychology at the University of Wyoming. During this time he has written numerous research articles in the areas of statistics and psychometrics, and in the social and behavioral sciences. Additionally he has consulted on an extensive list of projects that span the disciplines of social, behavioral, biological, and physical sciences on four different continents. His teaching has included various areas of applied and theoretical statistics, the construction of survey instruments, experimental psychology, research design, and psychometrics.

  • Bistra Anatchkova

    Bistra Anatchkova

    Bistra Anatchkova holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a PhD in Sociology. She has over 25 years of experience in social science research including over 15 years of experience as a research administrator. She currently heads the survey research unit at WYSAC. Her research focuses on survey methodology, mixed modes of data collection and sampling design.

  • Laura Feldman

    Laura Feldman

    Ms. Feldman’s current research primarily focuses on public health and child and youth development. She primarily works in the areas of tobacco prevention and control and chronic disease prevention. She leads the development of the bi-annual publication, Wyoming Kids Count. She also leads or contributes to the evaluations on several other projects, both large and small, that integrate community involvement with public health and education. She has more than 15 years of experience in community, program, and policy evaluation.
