    Bistra Anatchkova

    Bistra Anatchkova holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a PhD in Sociology. She has over 25 years of experience in social science research including over 15 years of experience as a research administrator. She currently heads the survey research unit at WYSAC. Her research focuses on survey methodology, mixed modes of data collection and sampling design.

  • Laura Feldman

    Laura Feldman

    Ms. Feldman’s current research primarily focuses on public health and child and youth development. She primarily works in the areas of tobacco prevention and control and chronic disease prevention. She leads the development of the bi-annual publication, Wyoming Kids Count. She also leads or contributes to the evaluations on several other projects, both large and small, that integrate community involvement with public health and education. She has more than 15 years of experience in community, program, and policy evaluation.

  • Rodney Wambeam

    Rodney Wambeam

    Rodney Wambeam, Ph.D. is a Senior Research Scientist at the Wyoming Survey & Analysis Center of the University of Wyoming. Dr. Wambeam was principle investigator of Wyoming’s SIG and SPF SIG evaluations and is currently principle investigator of Wyoming’s Prevention Block Grant and PFS evaluations as well as Oregon’s SPF SIG evaluation. He is author of “The Community Needs Assessment Workbook” from Lyceum Books. In his free time, Rodney coaches short track speed skating, organizes Muggle Quidditch games, and acts in his son’s movies.
