About Luke

Luke Todd received his master’s degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Wyoming in 2015. After working as a data analyst for the Wyoming Department of Health for two years he began at WYSAC in 2019 as an Assistant Research Scientist. His main projects are tobacco prevention and control, and chronic disease evaluations. His areas of focus are program evaluation, data analysis and visualization, and report writing.
